ABERG's trailer renovation has a significant positive impact on the environment thanks to eco-friendly practices and the promotion of recycling and upcycling. Steel recycling recovers 100% of the material, reducing air pollution by 86% and water consumption by 40%. Aluminium recovery, also at 100%, cuts CO₂ emissions by 92% compared with primary aluminium.
Trailer renovation reduces waste, which saves natural resources. Our upcycling practices, such as reusing tyres, allow 80% of materials to be recovered. Renovating the wooden parts of trailers enables 100% recovery, reducing CO₂ emissions by 84 kg.

The trailer renovation process at ReTrailer by ABERG begins with signing a contract in which we precisely define the scope of work to tailor the offer to the customer's individual needs. We then order the spare parts needed for the renovation. When the trailer arrives, we carry out a thorough quality audit to assess its condition and identify any areas that need special attention.
The most important stage is the renovation itself, during which we focus on every part of the trailer. Our specialists carefully check each component to make sure it meets the highest quality and safety standards. In this short time we carry out both parts replacement and cosmetic improvements, giving the trailer a new lease of life.
Once the work is complete, our team makes sure the trailer is ready for further operation and awaiting collection by the customer. Thanks to our specialised renovation processes, customers get reliable equipment that meets the demands of modern transport.
